1. Lemma

However, the difference lies in the main ingredients used. Lema uses bamboo shoots combined with tilapia fish. This typical Bengkulu food is made from the basic ingredients of glutinous rice flour mixed with coconut milk, salt, bay leaves and galangal and then filled with ground beef which has been seasoned with spices. 9. Sekoi Porridge
